Network client software

Your configuration.
Your rules.
Your traffic.

ROG Cloud builds one network client for every platform you use — phone, laptop and server alike. You supply the server details, the app does the rest, and nothing about where you go or what you send passes through us.

What it does How we handle data

iOS · macOS · Android · Windows · Linux

Bring your own server

The app ships with no servers and sells no access. Point it at infrastructure you already have or already pay for, and it connects.

Rules you can read

Routing rules are plain, editable text — not a black box. Send some traffic one way, some another, and see exactly which rule matched.

Measured, not guessed

Per-connection throughput, latency checks against each endpoint, and a live view of what is open right now. All computed on device.

Nothing to collect

No accounts, no analytics SDK, no crash reporter phoning home. There is no server of ours for your data to sit on, by design.

A client, not a service

We sell software, not bandwidth. That distinction matters for what we can see: a company that operates the network can log your traffic, and a company that ships a client to your device cannot. We are the second kind, and the privacy page spells out exactly what that means.

The app

What it actually does

One client, five platforms, one profile format. It turns a server configuration into a working connection with the routing logic exposed rather than hidden — and a profile written on one device works unchanged on the rest.

CapabilityDetail
Configuration importPaste a URL, scan a QR code, or open a config file. Profiles are stored on device and can be exported back out at any time.
Rule editorWrite and reorder routing rules by domain, address range, or application. Test a rule against a sample destination before saving it.
Split routingDirect, proxied and blocked are all first-class outcomes. Local addresses and chosen domains stay off the tunnel entirely.
Endpoint testingLatency and reachability checks per endpoint, run on demand or on a schedule, so you pick based on measurement.
Live connectionsA running list of open connections with destination, matched rule and throughput. Useful when a rule is not doing what you expected.
Traffic accountingPer-profile and per-rule byte counters, kept locally and resettable. Nothing is uploaded.
On-demand activationOptional rules to connect automatically on specific networks, or to stay off on trusted ones.

Where it runs

Profiles and rule files are identical across platforms. Export from one, import on another, and the routing behaves the same way.

PlatformRequiresNotes
iOS & iPadOSiOS 16 or laterRuns as a system network extension, so it covers every app on the device.
macOSmacOS 13 or laterApple silicon and Intel. Menu bar control with the full rule editor in the main window.
AndroidAndroid 8 or laterUses the platform VPN service. Per-application routing rules are supported here.
WindowsWindows 10 or laterx64 and ARM64. System-wide or per-process routing.
Linuxglibc 2.31 or laterx86_64 and arm64. Ships with a command-line interface for headless use.
Requires your own configuration

The app does not come with servers and there is nothing to subscribe to inside it. It is a tool for connecting to infrastructure you already control or already have access to. If you do not have a server configuration, the app will not do anything useful for you.

Support

Getting help

Write to support@rogcloud.com. Include your platform, the app version, and what you expected to happen — that usually gets a specific answer on the first reply.

Please do not send us your server credentials or configuration file. We never need them, and we would rather not have them.

Common questions

The app connects but nothing loads

Usually a routing rule sending traffic somewhere it cannot go. Open the live connections view and check which rule matched the destination that is failing.

The connection drops after a few minutes

On iOS and Android the tunnel runs under a tight memory ceiling set by the operating system, and very large rule sets are the usual cause — trim unused rule files and reconnect. On desktop this is almost always a network change instead.

Where do I get a server configuration?

From whoever operates the server. We do not provide, sell or recommend server access, and we cannot help you find it.

Can I move my profiles to another device?

Yes. Export from the profile list and import on the other device. Profiles never leave your devices unless you move them yourself.

How do I delete everything?

Deleting the app removes every profile, rule and counter. There is no account and no server-side copy, so nothing remains afterwards.

Privacy policy

What we collect, and what we cannot

ROG CLOUD LLC · Last updated 28 August 2026

This policy covers the ROG Cloud application on every platform we ship it for — iOS, macOS, Android, Windows and Linux — and the website at rogcloud.com. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

The short version

The app has no accounts and no servers of ours behind it. Your profiles, rules and counters are stored on your device. We do not see your traffic, we do not know which servers you connect to, and we could not hand any of it over if asked, because we never receive it.

What the app stores on your device

  • Server configurations you import, including any credentials they contain
  • Routing rules you write or import
  • Traffic counters and connection history you can clear at any time
  • App settings such as your chosen appearance and activation rules

All of this lives in the app's own storage on your device. Deleting the app deletes all of it.

What we do not collect

We want to be specific rather than reassuring, so, as a list:

  • No traffic logs. Not destinations, not timestamps, not volumes, not DNS queries.
  • No server configurations. What you import stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.
  • No accounts. There is nothing to register, so we hold no email address, password or identifier for you.
  • No analytics or advertising SDKs. The app contains no third-party tracking code of any kind.
  • No device identifiers. We do not collect advertising IDs, device fingerprints or IP addresses through the app.

We do not sell or share your data

ROG CLOUD LLC does not sell, use, or disclose to third parties any data collected through the app, for any purpose. We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers or affiliates. There is no exception to this and no version of the app in which it is different.

Crash reports

If you choose to share diagnostics with Apple through your device settings, Apple may provide us with aggregated, anonymised crash reports. This is Apple's system, it is off unless you turn it on, and the reports contain no traffic data, no configurations and nothing identifying you. We use them only to fix crashes.

The website

rogcloud.com serves static pages from our own server with no third-party scripts, no cookies and no analytics. Web server logs record IP address, timestamp and requested path for operational and security purposes, and are discarded after 14 days. If you write to us through the contact form, we keep your message and email address only as long as needed to answer you.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Since we collect no personal information from anyone, this is a statement of policy rather than a description of a filtering process.

Your rights

Laws in various places give you the right to access, correct, port or delete personal data a company holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to produce or erase. Data on your device is under your control and is removed by deleting the app. If you have written to us and want that correspondence deleted, ask and we will delete it.

Legal requests

If we receive a lawful request for user data we will respond truthfully, and the truthful response is that we hold no traffic data, no configurations and no accounts. We cannot be compelled to produce what does not exist.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top and note what changed. We will not make a change that quietly starts collecting something this version says we do not collect.

About

A small software company

ROG CLOUD LLC is a New Mexico limited liability company that makes one thing: a network client, shipped for every platform our users actually run. We do not operate network infrastructure and we do not sell access to any. The whole product is described on the app page.

One product, everywhere

The same client and the same profile format on every platform, rather than a good version on one and an afterthought on the rest.

Nothing in the middle

We deliberately built a product with no backend. It rules out an entire category of promises we would otherwise have to ask you to trust.

Answers from a person

Support email reaches someone who worked on the app. Include specifics and you will get specifics back.
